Check that the fuel tap is switched on. We always turn it off, as per manufacturer recommendations. You may not be aware that your machine even has one. We will point this out when you received your equipment back.

This most probably is a fuel issue. We recommend that you dispose of fuel if it is stale, contaminated, you are unsure of its condition or suitability. When you receive you equipment back we will highlight any preventative actions or issues relating to the fuel for your equipment.
